Return Period: You can initiate a return or exchange for most products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please note that certain products (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care items, items explicitly marked as “non-returnable”) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or product nature.

Process for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Initiate Your Request:
    • Contact our customer support team immediately at support@limitlessglowing.com within the 30 day return period.
    • Include your Order Number and a clear reason for return/exchange. For damaged or incorrect products, please also attach clear images of the product and its packaging.
    • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  2. Return Shipping & Pickup/Drop-off:
    • For most eligible returns, we will arrange a doorstep pickup of the product through our logistics partners. Our team will coordinate the pickup date and time with you. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging (or suitable protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
    • In cases where a pickup cannot be arranged for your location, or if you prefer, our team will provide you with the Return Address and instructions to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, please ensure safe transit of the product.

  3. Inspection and Processing:
    • Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria (unused, unopened, original packaging, re-saleable).
    • Upon successful inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
    • For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after inspection, and you will receive a new tracking ID.

Damaged/Incorrect Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@limitlessglowing.com with your order number and clear images of the product and packaging.
  • We will prioritize your request and arrange for a replacement or full refund promptly, including reverse logistics at no additional cost to you
